Healthy hair tips:-

People usually ask what products were used to achieve hair growth and the funny thing is that you can never run out of those products because they are literally everywhere. But sometimes its not all about the products because hair grows from inside the body .Hence its receives its nutrition from the food you eat. Unhealthy hair is caused due to lack of nutrition, exposure to heat, colouring and drying of hair. Eat healthy, drink a lot of water and watch as your hair keeps growing. 

Now let me list down the Do's and Don'ts' quickly :-

Do's :-

1. Firstly, you need to make sure you wash your hair regularly, like about twice  a week  should be good enough.
2. Secondly, you need to moisturize your hair because dry hair can cause breakage.
3. If your scalp is oily and sticky, apply aloe vera gel on your hair and scalp and wash it the next day.
4. If your hair is already damaged, cut your hair and promote regrowth and apply oil during the growth process.
5. If you  have dry hairs, oil your hair once and keep it for three days.
6. Use mehandi powder to colour your hair naturally. 
7. Use natural products like products with coconut oil and aloe vera in it .
8. Use reetha, sikhakai, brahmi powder twice a week.
9. Keep on the lookouts for foods that contain protein, iron, zinc, biotin and especially folic acid. 
10. Plait your hairs while you sleep. 

Don'ts' :-

1. Don't wash your hair too harsh, that can cause breakage.
2. Don't go for rebonding, smoothening etc are all unnatural. Your hair will last for a year and you will regret it later.
3. Stay  away the products that coats the hair with wax and silicones.
4. Don't open your hair for a long time.  
5. Do not leave your hair open for a long time, as this can lead to tangle in the hair and hair fall.
6. Do not use any other products after applying oil to your hair.
7. Do not comb your hair right after applying the oil.
8. Avoid shampoo that contains sulfur.  
9. Do not color your hair with hair dye products.  
10. Do not buy or use cheap products from any random store.
